Choice Pharmacy

Absolutely terrible customer service. My wife tried to get a flu vaccine but needed to:
-wait over an hour to see the GP
-before being redirected to the OTHER waiting room after an hour
-before then waiting almost 45 minutes more with a little apology
-before seeing the GP who waffled about his hobbies
-then collect the vaccine from the pharmacy (wait a further 15 minutes even though was the only person there
-then take it to pathology to get it injected
-then for directed to the nurses after a 10 minute wait to be served
-then wait for the nurses

Versus just going to half of the other pharmacies around town for a quick jab, no GP and the same price!

Oh and their listed pharmacy opening hours are incorrect for a separate visit!

Never again, spread the word to avoid at all costs!
